Pumpkin Carving Contest Oct. 18 – 31

Carve out time to enter the Union Hill Pumpkin Carving Contest for the chance to win a fall pumpkin basket featuring pumpkin beers from Underdog Wine Co. and a home made pumpkin pie from Cafe Europa.

• Message Union Hill Kansas City on Facebook with a photo of your carved or painted pumpkin beginning Oct. 18.
• Participants must submit their entry via Facebook messenger.
• Participants receive one entry into the contest.
• Photos of pumpkins with burning candles inside, are not eligible to enter.
• The contest is open to any Kansas City resident. Must be 21+ to pick up prize.
• Winner must pick up prize.
• All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24
• All entries will be uploaded to a Facebook album on Union Hill’s Facebook page at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 25 for voting to begin.
• The photo with the most “reactions” wins.
• All votes must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 30.
• Winner announced via Facebook and notified via messenger at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31.
• Winner must respond with 72 business hours to claim prize.
• Winner must be able to pick-up the prize.
• Winner must be 21+ to claim pumpkin beer prize.
• In result of a tie, the winner will be randomly drawn.
