Union Hill Properties offer three pools for their residents to enjoy:

• Union Hill Place Pool – Enjoy the quiet setting surrounding the Union Hill Place pool which borders the historic Union Cemetery and overlooks downtown Kansas City and the Liberty Memorial. This walk-in pool offers enough poolside seating for up to 30 people.
• Founders and LUXE Pool –Relax in our resort style saltwater Founders pool, overlooking the beautiful downtown Kansas City skyline. The expansive 2100 square foot tanning deck, social area, barbeque grill and private cabana seating makes it a perfect place to rest and enjoy the sun.
• Union Hill on Main Pool – The intimate setting of the Union Hill on Main pool offers a sundeck lounge, barbeque grill and seating for 20 people.

All apartment communities have access to their own private community pool allowing residents to visit with their neighbors or enjoy private time in the sun. All three pools open Memorial Day weekend and close Labor Day weekend.
