KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 14, 2016) – Union Hill announces the Campbell building at 3000 Gillham, a platinum-lifestyle building, is now leasing and the McCoy building at 3020 Gillham, a loft-lifestyle building, is now accepting reservations. The new buildings bring more than 75 new apartment home units to the active neighborhood, joining the existing 256 platinum, loft and classic apartment homes in Union Hill.

The Campbell Building
The Campbell building is named after John Campbell, one of the 14 purchasers of the old Prudhomme Estate, the original town site for Kansas City. Similar to the platinum-lifestyle Ragan and Taylor buildings, the Campbell building is based on Chicago’s Lincoln Park. The platinum-lifestyle design reflects classic architecture among the historic homes, townhomes and apartment buildings that define the Union Hill neighborhood.

The Campbell building is home to 23 units, featuring one and two bedroom floorplans. It is one of the three new platinum-lifestyle buildings, including luxury amenities such as all stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, granite countertops, a walk-in pantry and wood-burning fireplaces in select units.
