• Union Hill will accept most parcels from all major delivery systems (UPS, USPS, FedEx, FedEx Express, DHL and Amazon).
• We will also accept parcels from secondary delivery options, as long as the item requires a signature at the time of delivery.
• When placing orders, we ask that residents inform the delivery company that the delivery address is different from the resident’s apartment address.
• If a resident chooses to have packages delivered to their apartment, resident shall inform Union Hill of this decision in writing.
• Once your parcel(s) have been logged into our system, residents will receive an email notification from our office letting them know they have an item in our office and that it will need to be retrieved within 24 – 48 hours.
• Union Hill has the right to refuse any parcels deemed too large for reasonable office storage. Height, weight, and mass amounts are several factors that could dictate a parcel’s refusal.
• Before ordering any item(s) that may exceed reasonable size, please contact the Information Gallery at 816-777-5900 to discuss any delivery concerns and alternate delivery options, should your parcel be flagged as too large for acceptance.
• Union Hill is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

*Parcels that exceed 70lbs, require multiple individuals to lift or are unable to fit through a standard door frame are examples of items that could be refused.

• Use your apartment address when placing an order or requesting a delivery.
• Delivery vendors know to bring your package to our offices.
• Our package software scans your package and notifies you by email when it is ready for pickup.
• We are open seven days a week for your convenience. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
